Carved wood dance mask of a bald, grinning man with a long hooked nose, arched black brows, lashed eyes and rouged cheeks, the open mouth and eyes pierced for the wearer, framed by a ruff of carved feathers painted green, yellow, red, blue and white. Hollowed and darkened reverse consistent with wear. Paint losses to the brow, forehead and nose tip, small chips to the feather edges, scattered surface scratches and grime to the reverse. No breaks observed.
