Expressionist reclining female nude in pale flesh tones with charcoal contour line, against a blazing ground of thick palette knife orange, red and vermilion with a band of ultramarine at the top and bursts of lemon yellow, the words she reminds me of a girl i used to know scratched into the paint along her body. Unsigned, in a black frame with rows of raised hobnail studs. Heavy impasto intact with small rubs and minor surface scratches, not examined out of the frame. Frame with light wear to the black finish.
