Sight height 16.5 in, width 27 in., Frame height 22.5 in, width 32.5 in. Hand written indenture on goat vellum dated 1735 under the reign of King George II. The subject of indenture is an "Act to Enlarge the Port and Harbour or Scarborough in the County York" and sets forth transactions of all duties and monies. Wax Seal, mounted between two glass sheets. Excellent condition of parchment and of frame.
