The Great Western Railway (GWR) was a British Railway company that linked London with the southwest, west and West Midlands of England and most of Wales.It was founded in 1833 and merged with another company in 1947. These lanterns have seeded glass candleholders and are made of brass with bronze labels stating GWR. In original condition with some cracks in the glass and small dent and ozidation.
