Bill Curry (1927-1971) was an American industrial designer who founded Design Line in 1962. He is known for his iconic Stemlite lamps and other space-age designs, particularly popular during the 1960s. His designs, often incorporating a futuristic aesthetic, were influential in the Mid-Century Modern style.
Good condition. Minor wear and scratches consistent with age and use. One bookend has a smoother, more polished finish than the other.
